Welcome to the website and platform “Netina”, operated by Chasdei Eran Association (NPO).
Netina is a technological platform that enables users to create fundraising campaigns, sign petitions, and express public support for various causes.

The platform operates without charging service fees by the association, except for necessary payment processing costs.

These Terms of Use govern the use of the website and constitute a binding agreement between the association and all users of the platform.
Any use of the website — including browsing, opening a campaign, making a donation, or submitting a request — constitutes full and explicit acceptance of these Terms and the platform’s Privacy Policy.

Definitions

The Association – Chasdei Eran Association (NPO), the sole operator of the Netina platform.

The Website / Platform – All services, systems, interfaces and digital tools provided through Netina.

User – Any person who accesses or uses the platform, including donors, campaign creators, petition signers, or visitors.

Campaign Creator – A user who creates a fundraising campaign through the platform.

Donation – A financial contribution made through the platform in support of a campaign.

Content – Any information, text, image, video, document, file, or other material uploaded or shared on the platform.

Limited Liability of the Association

The association serves solely as a technological platform provider and is not a party to any agreement between donors and campaign creators.

The association does not verify, guarantee, or take responsibility for:

The accuracy or reliability of campaign content
The nature or purpose of any campaign
The use of funds raised through the platform

The association does not guarantee that a campaign will reach its funding goal or that the funds raised will ultimately be used for the stated purpose.

All use of the platform is carried out at the user’s own discretion and responsibility.

Product and Service Delivery Policy

The Netina Platform primarily operates as a fundraising and donation platform that enables users to create campaigns and collect voluntary contributions from supporters.

In most cases, when a user makes a donation through the Platform, the transaction constitutes a voluntary contribution to support a campaign and does not involve the delivery of a physical product.

In certain campaigns, campaign organizers may offer physical items, gifts, or rewards to donors. In such cases, the delivery of the product will be carried out in accordance with the specific terms described on the relevant campaign page.

Unless stated otherwise, the estimated delivery time for physical products is up to 14 business days from the date the transaction is confirmed.

Delivery may be performed through one of the following methods, depending on the campaign organizer or supplier:

Courier delivery services
Postal services
Designated pickup points
Direct handover by the campaign organizer

Delivery times may vary depending on supplier availability, delivery location, logistics capacity, shipping provider schedules, and other operational considerations.

The Website and/or its operators shall not be responsible for delays or failures in delivery caused by circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to:

Force majeure events
Security or national emergency situations
Strikes or labor disruptions
Delays caused by third-party shipping companies
Failure of the recipient to coordinate or receive the shipment

Product and Service Liability Disclaimer

The Netina Platform functions solely as a technological platform that enables users to create fundraising campaigns, collect donations, and in some cases offer products or rewards to supporters.

The campaign organizer bears full responsibility for the content of the campaign, the products offered within the campaign, their quality, accuracy of description, delivery, and any representations made in connection with them.

The Platform and its operators are not the manufacturer, supplier, or seller of the products offered within campaigns, and therefore do not guarantee their quality, suitability, safety, or performance.

Accordingly, the Website and/or its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages resulting from:

Participation in a campaign
Donations made through the Platform
Purchase or receipt of products offered within campaigns
Reliance on information presented on the Website

Any information, content, or statements appearing on the Website or within campaigns do not constitute professional advice, recommendations, or guarantees of any kind.

All use of the Website, participation in campaigns, and reliance on the information provided on the Platform is done at the sole responsibility and risk of the user.

Cancellation Policy

The Netina Platform primarily facilitates voluntary donations to fundraising campaigns. In such cases, the transaction constitutes a voluntary contribution, and donations cannot be canceled once the transaction has been completed.

In certain campaigns, physical products, gifts, or rewards may be offered to donors. In such cases, the following cancellation policy shall apply.

A customer may request to cancel a purchase before the product has been delivered, subject to the provisions of the Israeli Consumer Protection Law.

The cancellation request must include sufficient identifying information, including the purchaser’s name, contact details, and details of the transaction.

If the product has already been shipped or delivered, cancellation may be subject to the return of the product in its original packaging, unused, undamaged, and without any defect.

If a cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method, after deduction of any payment processing fees or operational costs that have already been incurred.

The Platform does not charge cancellation fees, however certain costs charged by payment processors or third-party service providers may apply.

In cases where the transaction constitutes a donation rather than a product purchase, the contribution is considered final and cannot be refunded or canceled, unless required otherwise by applicable law.

Website Usage Rules

The website is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older.

Users may not upload, publish, or distribute content that:

Violates any applicable law
Infringes upon third-party rights
Is misleading, harmful, or inconsistent with the values of the platform

Users may not:

Attempt to access restricted areas of the system
Collect data from the platform without permission
Use the platform for commercial, political, or manipulative purposes unrelated to legitimate campaigns

Users must provide accurate and truthful information when using the platform.

The association may request additional documentation to verify campaign legitimacy or user identity.

Campaign Creation

The association reserves the right to reject, suspend, or remove any campaign, even after it has been published.

Campaigns that violate the platform’s guidelines, values, or applicable laws may be removed or restricted.

Campaign publication may be subject to internal review and verification, including the request for supporting documents.

Donations

All donations are transferred directly to the campaign creator, after deduction of standard payment processing fees only.

Donations are generally non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances and at the sole discretion of the association.

The association does not monitor or supervise the use of funds after they are transferred.

Privacy and Data Security

Information collected through the platform is subject to the website’s Privacy Policy.

The association takes reasonable measures to secure user data; however, complete security cannot be guaranteed.

Users agree that their information may be used for operational, service-related, and marketing purposes, in accordance with applicable laws.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the platform — including content, design, software, databases, trademarks, brand names, and logos — are the exclusive property of Chasdei Eran Association.

No material from the platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or reused without prior written permission.

Enforcement and Sanctions

Any violation of these Terms may result in:

Suspension or termination of user access
Removal of campaigns
Legal action when necessary

The association may cooperate with law enforcement authorities in cases involving unlawful activity.

Suspension or Termination of Access

The association reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to the platform for any user or campaign creator at its sole discretion, particularly if misuse, misleading behavior, harmful activity, or violations of these Terms are detected.

Users are not entitled to compensation or refunds in the event of account suspension or termination.

User Responsibility for Uploaded Content

All campaign content, including texts, images, documents, and descriptions, is the sole responsibility of the campaign creator.

Users confirm that they hold the necessary rights to all uploaded materials and that the content does not violate copyright, privacy, defamation laws, or other legal rights.

Misrepresentation, Fraud, or Abuse of Trust

If there is a reasonable claim that a campaign creator has provided false information, concealed material facts, committed fraud, or used donated funds for purposes inconsistent with the campaign’s stated goal, the association reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:

Delay or cancel the transfer of funds raised by the campaign
Immediately suspend or remove the campaign without prior notice
Report the matter to relevant authorities or appropriate organizations
Prevent the user from creating future campaigns
Take legal or contractual action to protect donors, the public, and the reputation of the platform

The association may take such actions with caution and discretion; however, it is not obligated to actively investigate every case.

Campaign creators confirm that all information provided on the platform is accurate, complete, and up to date, and that donated funds will be used solely for the purpose described in the campaign.

No Legal or Medical Advice

The platform does not provide legal, medical, financial, or professional advice of any kind.

All information on the platform is provided for convenience only and should not be considered a substitute for professional consultation.

Users act based on their own judgment and responsibility.

Third-Party Services

Certain services on the platform may be provided through third-party providers, including payment processors, hosting services, or mailing systems.

The association does not control these services and is not responsible for damages or issues arising from third-party services.

Campaign Results and Transparency

The platform is not obligated to present campaign results, funding status, or transparency reports regarding how funds are used.

However, the association may remove campaigns that do not meet reasonable standards of trust and transparency.

Content Retention and Removal

The association may retain campaign content after completion for documentation, research, or statistical purposes.

The association may also remove such content at its discretion and without prior notice.

Prohibited Fundraising Topics

The platform does not permit fundraising for:

Political parties or partisan political activities
Racist or discriminatory causes
Hate speech or incitement
Extremist religious activities
Any content likely to cause serious public controversy

Requests involving such matters will be rejected.

Unauthorized Use of the Platform

Users may not use automated tools, bots, scripts, scanning systems, or any method designed to interfere with or overload the platform’s infrastructure.

Changes to the Terms

The association reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.

Updates will be published on the website, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Israel.

Exclusive jurisdiction for any legal dispute shall lie with the competent courts in Jerusalem, Israel.
